Our most common asked questions.
Our shadow teachers have a minimum of a graduate degree in psychology, disability studies or special education degree. Along with the qualifications for the position, they are trained by Insighte's clinical team and supervised round the year.
Insighte has a supervision and training model which offers round the year supervision, smart goals and training support for parents and also for any shadows identified by them.
The billing is done prepaid for a month. Holidays are given to shadow based on the school calendar.
Our shadows/ behavioral trainers have minimum of three years of psychological degree or a masters in psychology. They also undergo our on the job shadow training certificate program and will be trained in behavioral therapy, special education and academic goals around the year.
