Proportionate refund is given for the balance period in case the services have not been availed, this will be at the discretion of Insighte Childcare Private Limited, if the cancellation is requested during the service period/tenure.
If you are terminating services a notice period of 30 days needs to be given or one month Invoice amount will be adjusted towards the same.
The payment may be prepaid or postpaid depending on the nature of service. If it is prepaid the same would be treated as advance and would be adjusted towards monthly billing of the same month.
If any leaves are taken the same would be adjusted in next month’s invoice and reduced amount for the invoice will be shared.
