Our Supervision process may collect video, audio, image data which are protected by data standards to ensure our care providers engage in ethical and standard practices from time to time. This is done with your consent.

Data for Supervision

Your IP address, login information, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types, geolocation information about where you might be, operating system and version, etc.

Data that identifies you

Your URL clickstreams (the path you take through our site), pages viewed, page response times, download errors, how long you stay on our pages, what you do on those pages, how often, and other actions.

We don’t collect any "sensitive data" about you (like racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious/philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, biometric data, data about your sexual life or orientation, and offences or alleged offences).

What about really sensitive data?

Insighte is a childcare service but we only work with children under adult supervision and referred to us by a parent or legal guardian. We only collect data on our screening tools and assessment of needs sessions about the requirements and diagnosis of your child. We may also collect data from time to time for supervision review or to remote monitor the sessions to ensure quality.

This data is confidential and will not be shared with any third party services and only shared on requests made by law.

What about children’s data?

Data protection law means that we can only use your data for certain reasons and where we have a legal basis to do so. Here are the reasons for which we process your data:

Please tell us first, so we have a chance to address your concerns. If we fail in this, you can address any complaint under the legal jurisdiction of high court of Kerala.

How secure is the data we collect?

We have physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect.

Where do we store the data?

The personal data we collect is primarily stored in our Webflow servers.

By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing by us.

Payment Data

We do not collect or save any payment data if you save the payment details on our third party payment service that is not covered by our policy.

Storage time

We will archive and stop actively using any personal identifiable information about you within 3 months from the last time you last used Insighte. We will delete your personal data from our archives no later than 6 years from the last time you used Insighte or as agreed with you in a separate contract.


Payment Policies

We may provide paid products and/or services within Service. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors).We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy.

These payment processors adhere to the standards set by the rules and regulations in India.

Refund Policy

We will be processing your refunds within 7 days from the time of request. If therefund is done from our payment services provider same will be settled in your account in the above time cycle and if there is a delay kindly email us at

Payment Policy

We only consider those payments that will reflect in our account. Any payments done at your end and not acknowledged by us within seven days will be deemed a failure. We will however ensure our best support in tracking those payments and their reversal in case it is stuck at payment gateway.

Taxes and Charges

If you are making payments using our payment gateway the gateway fees may be applicable. We treat the service offered by the psychologist and you as a direct exchange and only charge the GST for platform fees and facilitation fees collected at our end. Any other tax claims that may arise in the future is sole responsibility of theclient and the care provider.


Discolosure of Data

We may disclose personal information that we collect, or you provide:

●       Disclosure for Law Enforcement

Under certain circumstances, we may be required to disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

●       Business Transaction

If we or our subsidiaries are involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale,your Personal Data may be transferred.

●       Other cases. We may disclose your information also:

To   our subsidiaries and affiliates;  to contractors, service providers, and     other third parties we use to support our business;
to     fulfill the purpose for which you provide it;
